Then our most recent trip included six of us going to Key West via the Key West express for a weekend girls trip. I contacted Papa Scooters before we arrived and asked if they had anything else besides scooters because a couple of friends were not comfortable riding a scooter. They offered a six seater golf cart and was waiting for us in the parking lot when our boat arrived. Again Awesome customer service and great prices too
We had such a GREAT experience with Papa's today! We rented 3 scooters for the day. Within 30 minutes, we were greeted outside our hotel by their friendly staff with our scooters. A quick demo later and we were ready to roll! One of the scooters kept dying, but a quick call and 15 minutes later and the gentleman was back to switch with a working one, once again right where we were. The price was amazing, the scooters really added a fun dimension to our day. I'm so glad we decided to rent scooters, and even moreso from Papa's. We will definitely be back!!!
Enjoyed working with this company. Very polite and responsive! Instructed us on how to use the scooters, free delivery from our hotel and pick up. And the cheapest scooter rental in town! They made it so easy, great company!
These guys were AWESOME!!! Went to Key West for our anniversary and needed a scooter. The hotel concierge setup scooter rental for a day and it seemed a little expensive. I went online and found Papa’s Scooters and they were LITERALLY half the price! They even came and dropped the scooter off at our hotel for us. We ended up extending the rental for another two days. The staff were extremely friendly, the scooter was in great shape and the price was the cheapest on the island. Can’t wait to go back!
We highly recommend renting a scooter from Papa Scooters when visiting Key West! This was our first time traveling here and it was such a convenient way to get around the busy island streets. We were able to get around the island quickly and see things we probably wouldn't have if we were on foot or in a car. They were very accommodating the entire time and staff was super friendly. Top notch!
This is the second time we used papa scooters while visiting Key West! Both times they went over and above to take care of us. The first time we were staying at a campground on stock island and we only had one scooter for both us us, we quickly realized that was not going to work. On our way back from dinner we noticed a sign and called them to see if we could get a scooter for our 3 days that we would be there. They answered the phone, sent us some information and delivered one right to our camp site the next morning! They asked when we would be leaving the campground and said they would come by and pick it up when we were ready to leave. Absolutely great customer service!
